Mexico hands over fugitive wanted in 2008 killing of L.A. County sheriff's deputy

Roberto Salazar, long sought in connection with the shooting of L.A. County sheriff's Deputy Juan Escalante, was returned to the U.S. by Mexican authorities on Tuesday.
