Toronto Fringe is the grassroots, charitable organization behind the annual Toronto Fringe Festival. It is a platform for everyone to access, discover and experiment with the arts. The group hopes to help foster a healthy arts economy and, ultimately, a thriving society.
With its headquarters located at 100 Broadview Ave in Toronto’s Riverside neighbourhood, Toronto Fringe is one of the newest members of the Riverside BIA as part of the recently launched expansion of the BIA.
(If you’re curious to know more about the Riverside BIA expansion, don’t worry, more details will be shared soon!)
Founded in 1989, the Toronto Fringe Festival takes place over 12 days every July, with over 1000 artists from local and international companies performing in theatre venues in Toronto. Shows include comedy, drama, musicals, improvisation, dance, and many more.
