  • The menu for “A Journey to Italy in the Spring” changes every week! From Trofie al Pesto Trapanese in Week 1 to Saltimbocca alla Sorrentina in Week 3, no two visits are the same. Featured regions so far include Sicily, Puglia, Campania, Lazio and Emilia-Romagna.
